1. Products

  • All items are individually crafted decorative pieces.
  • Sizes, colors, and finishes may vary slightly due to the crafting process and photography.
  • Products are intended for decorative use only, not for musical performance or heavy handling.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollar.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

3. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Shipping

  • Processing Time: All items are crafted individually as orders come in. Please allow approximately 7 days for your order to be processed and made before it is shipped.
  • The shipping charges are per order. If you order more items together, you wil pay less per item.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns

  • Returns are only accepted on Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect good.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, designs, and text on this website are the property of Persian Mini Treasures and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Persian Mini Treasures is not responsible for misuse of products or any damages resulting from such misuse.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.
